Who is Kylea Health & Energy

Founded in 1995 by Joseph N. Costello, Kylea Health & Energy was created in large part due to the personal health challenges of Joe Costello. Struggling with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and becoming frustrated by the lack of progress being made through mainstream conventional medicine, Joe turned to the alternative health world and became absorbed in research. Joe completely eliminated CFS by focusing on eating nutrient-dense foods and eliminating processed foods. His personal transformation became his mission to help others. Kylea Health & Energy was born with a guiding principle of Simple, Balanced Health. Enjoying high levels of health and energy do not have to be the result of rigid self-sacrifice.
